New Zealand’s largest Farm Source store at Te Awamutu was host to our North Island Chew The Cud week event. This is heartland dairy country and we reconnect with old friends and colleagues who put forward valuable ideas about how to extend the communication between dairy employees and employers which has allowed us to further develop and idea of ‘Pre-Season’ communication where NZ Dairy Careers will produce materials for dairy workers to use as a protocol for talking about next season.
